DFV introduces the new version of its Ezy HD wood-effect coating, now called Ezy HD2.
DFV’s Ezy HD is a high-definition powder-on-powder wood-effect coating system that delivers exceptional aesthetic appeal and superior quality, thanks in part to the full-surface coloring of the profiles. This cutting-edge technology allows for the faithful reproduction of the nuances, tones, and contrasts of wood, giving aluminum windows and doors the ability to convey the classic warmth and beauty of wood. High resistance to sunlight and weathering is achieved by using only polyester powders, for which DFV has extensive expertise in every type of application. Thanks to the scientific input of the Research and Development division, Ezy is a system in constant evolution, with further improvements in definition expected, allowing for the creation of 11 understated and elegant finishes that highlight a refined, composed, and sophisticated aesthetic.
Ezy HD2 is now Qualideco Class 2 certified (license IT-0012F-Surano) with a 15-year warranty under normal conditions of use. The new Ezy HD2 series ensures high performance of the painted product, extremely high color durability, excellent resistance to aging, an excellent barrier against atmospheric agents, and effective protection against loss of gloss.
We remind you that the Qualideco mark, issued in Italy by Qualital in Cameri (Novara), certifies decorative finishes with special effects—such as wood grain—to achieve the highest quality standards. The new Class 2 specifications have been in effect since the beginning of 2012 and apply to sublimation and powder-on-powder processes.
